Please ensure you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions of Use, hereinafter referred to simply as "Terms," which constitute an agreement ("Contract") between the company "ÁQUIAS H Comércio e Prestação de Serviços LDA " NIF 50001543660 a legal entity with headquarters at RUA GAMEK À DIREITA, municipality of Samba, Province of Luanda, and the "User" after the expression of "Acceptance."
Acceptance of the Terms is indispensable for any form of use of the "Website" https://www.aquiastaxi.com and the "Application" ÁQUIAS, available on the Apple App Store, on Google Play, collectively referred to as "Applications." Registration as a User and/or use of the Website is prohibited for any legally incapacitated person or anyone who does not fully agree to all the Terms.
The Terms legally bind the User with respect to the current or new services offered and/or made available by the company ÁQUIAS.
Upon completion of the User registration and/or use of the Applications or Services in any way, the User, regardless of whether or not they use the service, agrees to be bound by and fully comply with the Terms.
The "System" of ÁQUIAS may make changes/updates to the Terms at any time, without prior notice, and simply using the Applications after changes/updates to the Terms implies agreement with the new versions. If the User does not agree with the changes, they must cancel their account and cease all use of the Applications. In the absence of a declaration, it will be understood that the User has tacitly accepted the Terms, and the Contract will continue to bind the parties. We recommend that the User review the Terms frequently to stay informed of any updates.
Registration Users who wish to use the Applications must fill in the registration fields and provide valid and correct information. Your phone number will be confirmed by ÁQUIAS and, if not confirmed, the use of the Applications will be blocked at the sole discretion of ÁQUIAS.
The registration information is the sole responsibility of the person who entered it. In the event of any damages or losses of any kind, legal sanctions may be taken by ÁQUIAS to safeguard its interests and the integrity of other users of the system. Deletion of user data If the user wishes to have their data deleted from our system, simply send an email to: [email protected]

Account Deletion Body of the email: I, "Name Surname," holder of the account "[email protected]," would like to permanently delete the data from ÁQUIAS systems. With this, I understand that it will only be possible to use the system again after a new registration. Upon sending the email, ÁQUIAS will delete the user's data within 7 business days.
Object The "System" of ÁQUIAS (including the Application, the Website, and other platforms such as "Facebook" and third-party websites) consists of a platform that optimizes the initial contact between "Taxi Drivers" and "Users." Through the platform, ÁQUIAS allows properly registered Users to locate and contact Taxi Drivers in their region to directly and exclusively request Transportation Services.
Taxi Drivers, in turn, use the platform as an alternative channel of contact with Users who wish to hire their services.
Contact between Taxi Drivers and Users can be made through pre-written messages provided by the ÁQUIAS system and are not subject to charges.
Users can also choose to send SMS or call Taxi Drivers, options for which they will be subject to the payment of fees by their mobile operator.
Payment
Trips can be paid to taxi drivers in national currency or through cards with debit and credit functions.
The driver is obliged to keep their digital wallet loaded with the minimum amount defined on the platform, which allows them to receive ride requests. Additionally, Áquias charges a 6% fee for each completed trip through the platform, automatically deducted from their wallet.
The ÁQUIAS "System" may provide the payment modality in "Cash or Electronic Means in use" on its Applications under pre-established registration rules.
Limitations of Liability ÁQUIAS does not provide transportation or agency services; it only grants a software license for the use of software that serves as a facilitating tool for initial contact between Users and Taxi Drivers. Any defects, losses, or damages related to the taxi service are the sole responsibility of the Taxi Drivers and Users.
Intellectual Property The trademarks, names, logos, domain names, and other distinctive signs, as well as all and any content, design, art, or layout published on the Applications, are the exclusive property of ÁQUIAS.
Any acts or contributions aimed at decompiling, reverse engineering, modifying the characteristics, expanding, altering, merging, or incorporating into any other programs or systems are prohibited. In short, any and all forms of reproduction, in whole or in part, permanent, temporary, or provisional, free of charge or for consideration, under any modalities, forms, or titles of the Applications are expressly prohibited.
Penalties The improper use of ÁQUIAS Applications in violation of these Terms will result in the deletion of the User's registration and the prohibition of the use of services. User data will be preserved for use by the competent authorities, should ÁQUIAS be notified or sued for the violation of third-party rights resulting from the misuse of the system.
The User agrees to indemnify ÁQUIAS, its subsidiaries, associated cooperatives, central cooperatives, directors, administrators, employees, representatives, and employees for any loss, liability, claim, or demand, for any damages due to, or resulting from, their use of the Applications.
